This place is really luxurious and clean, and the staff from the doorman to the bell hop are very caring and attentive.

Location just off all local attractions as well as freedom trail and Boston commons.

All the staff were attentive, hospitable. They helped us get a shuttle from airport. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, within walking distance of a public park. The hotel was in a very very nice area, adjacent to theater district of boaton / Boston Common area as well as all shoppings and restaurants.

It is a brilliant place for sightseeing in Boston. I truly enjoyed the European-style building. The room had very good-sized and well-appointed double wide beds. The staff at check-out were very helpful.

The staff, especially Ron the manager, were exceptional. The room was comfortable with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel's location is fantastic, being really close to Newbury Street and Boston Common.

We came to Boston for the Marathon and the hotel was very close to all ameneties as well as the Marathon bus access, finish line, and airport. Lots of great site-seeing and shopping. All within walking distance from the hotel.

Meals and restaurant charges seemed very high. However the service was very good.

We booked the room for 2 nights and had a nice stay. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to areas of interest in Boston. It was our first time in Boston, and we found the hotel conveniently close to the theater.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were comfortable. We felt safe and had a pretty good experience with them.

The room's cleanliness was not great. It wasn't dirty or messy but the room smelled weird.

Overall - comfortable modern and hospitable place with affable staff at check-out. Very central location right next to Chinatown. Also - adjacent to China Town and all the main sights and underground. Totally recommend to everyone.

The location here is amazing, just a short distance from the Wang Theatre, with lovely and roomy accommodations featuring double beds, along with attentive staff.

The actual layout of the hotel was very confusing. It was virtually impossible to find things until after our first night when we started to get used to it.

We enjoyed the hotel, we thought the location was great and the staff was courteous, our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the room service very much and truly appreciated that the staff called to check in about our meal. We also thought the chocolate chip cookies were out of this world!

Our entire stay would have been excellent had it not been for the 8 am knock on our door and staff entering our room while we were still sleeping. This made us extremely upset and completely ruined our day! We absolutely would have rated everything as "excellent" had this event not taken place; it took away from our trip and away from our enjoyment of your hotel. For this reason I doubt we would use this location again.

The breakfast is good. The location is unbeatable, very close to Boston for a couple of days as well as Chinatown and the Theatre district. They provide many types of services: a comfortable bar, great Wi-Fi, and a shuttle to the airport.

The staff did it' best to change our room as it was not the type requested in the booking, The second room was very clean andcomfortable. Also, the location was fairly central, which made it easy to access most amenities.

The first room was slightly dated in decor and, though very clean, had a musty smell.
